Updates

• When a provider ends the call it will also end it for the patient/caller
• Selecting a new facility on a visit request will now clear the previously selected patient
• Added provider post call screen and require them to submit an order before proceeding
• On caller post call consultation screen, they will now be required to confirm order before finishing
• Consultation card UI updated to include caller/provider details, allow caller to confirm order, and display notes for the provider
• Incoming calls will now show who the callers name and profile picture
• When a caller is attempting to connect with a provider, it will now also show their profile picture
• Provider order and notes text boxes now automatically upload

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the iPad floating keyboard from breaking the UI
• Fixed the previous missed call provider from receiving the call for the next provider
• Fixed delayed end of ringing when getting a call on two separate devices and call is answered on one of them
